About Proofing
Do all orders have to have a production proof before work can be done?
Yes. We require that a pre-production proof be approved on all orders before we can begin production.
Is there a charge for the online proof?
No. Once we receive your files we will create a proof from them for you to review online via our website. If you are satisfied with your banner proof you can then approve it and begin placing your order then.
How long will my quote/proof be in effect?
Your banner proof will remain online for 30 days awaiting approval. After that time if no approval has been received, login to view your proof will be disabled and you'll need to resubmit your artwork or contact us to reactivate your proof. Please note that prices you were quoted may change.
Are the colors accurate on the proof?
Online proofs do not represent actual printed colors of your final printed product. The colors on our website are very close, but because of the nature of how colors are displayed in light on your computer screen verses how they are displayed in printed inks, it is impossible for us to show actual print colors due to the limitations of computer displays. To see more accurate colors you can request a hard copy proof that we will mail to you showing a more accurate color reproduction. This proof is created on the same material as the final product. The cost for the process is $25 per requested hardcopy proof.
